how to sign Up

Step 1: Verify Your Eligibility Provide valid ID or proof of employment showing you work in a qualifying caregiver role. Acceptable verification includes work ID badges, pay stubs, or official employment letters.


Step 2: Choose Your Membership Select any of our four unlimited wash membership tiers. Your 25% discount applies to whichever level you choose.


Step 3: Start Saving Sign up online, scan the QR code on our promotional materials, or visit us in person at 180 Whiting Farms Road in Holyoke. You'll receive your membership immediately and can start enjoying unlimited washes right away.

  • How do I prove I'm a community caregiver?

    Simply show your work ID, badge, or other employment verification when you sign up. We accept current ID badges from hospitals, schools, fire departments, police departments, and other qualifying organizations.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes! Our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime if your needs change.

  • Does the discount apply to all membership levels?

  • Can my family members use my membership?

    Memberships are tied to a specific vehicle, not a person. Anyone can drive your registered vehicle through our wash.

  • How often can I wash my car with an unlimited membership?

    As often as you'd like! Many of our members wash their vehicles several times per week. That's the beauty of unlimited – there's no limit.

  • Do you offer dog wash services too?

    Yes! Gary Rome Car Wash also features a dog wash facility. While the caregiver discount applies specifically to car wash memberships, all customers can use our dog wash services.
