As a team member, you will deliver “wow factor” service to every customer and ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience. Team members should always strive for the best output of vehicles, while maintaining site safety, cleanliness, customer engagement, and membership sales. 

What You Will Do:

• Handing vehicles with extreme care, ensure they are cleaned to expectation
• Rotate around the car wash facility and handle various task each day
• Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs
• Create memorable “wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality with every interaction.
• Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel
• Help customers navigate the facility i.e. vacuums, dog wash, detail center, etc
• Help maintain the facility’s appearance and cleanliness
• Follow all Gary Rome Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations

What You Will Need:

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
• Motivation to upsell memberships and products 
• The ability to connect with customers
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• A strong work ethic and a team player attitude
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
